Jerusalem and environs

Jerusalem: A 60 sq. meter, three-room, fifth flooring house on Abba Ahimeir Avenue in Pisgat Zeev North was bought for NIS 1.98 million. A 96 sq. meter, four-room, second flooring house with parking on Simcha Cohen Avenue in Har Homa was bought for NIS 2.65 million. A 91 sq. meter, four-room, first flooring house on Hamagid Avenue Avenue in Emek Refaim was bought for NIS 6.2 million. A 75 sq. meter, three-room, second flooring house on Bezalel Avenue in Nachlaot was bought for NIS 3.1 million.
Tel Aviv and central area

Beer Yaakov: A 167 sq. meter, five-room, sixteenth flooring house with parking on Ha’alonim Avenue was bought for NIS 3.9 million. A 125 sq. meter, five-room, sixth flooring house with parking on Ephraim Kishon Avenue was bought for NIS 2.8 million. A 105 sq. meter, four-room, second flooring house with parking on Yahalom Avenue was bought for NIS 2.78 million.

Rosh Ha’ayin: A 113 sq. meter, four-room, second flooring house with parking on Eliyahu Hanavi Avenue was bought for NIS 2.16 million. A 138 sq. meter, four-room, floor flooring house on Shabazi Avenue within the metropolis heart was bought for NIS 2 million. A 66 sq. meter, three-room, floor flooring house on David Hamelekh Avenue was bought for NIS 1.25 million. A 162 sq. meter, six-room, second flooring house with two parking areas on David Ben Gurion Boulevard was bought for NIS 3.48 million.

Haifa and the north
Haifa: A 59 sq. meter, three-room, second flooring house on Nahal Hagiborim Avenue in Halissa was bought for NIS 700,000. A 96 sq. meter, four-room, first flooring house on Shaar Hagai Avenue in New Romema was bought for NIS 1.82 million. A 62 sq. meter, four-room, second flooring house on Bilu Avenue in Hadar Hacarmel was bought for NIS 1.3 million. A 121 sq. meter, five-room, second flooring house with parking on Zofit Avenue in Ramat Chen was bought for NIS 2.2 million.

Yokneam: A 93 sq. meter, four-room, second flooring house with a 12 sq. meter balcony on Hameitzar Avenue within the Givat Yaara neighborhood was bought for NIS 1.72 million (RE/MAX – Hamiktzoanim).

Beersheva and the south
Ofakim: A 80 sq. meter, 4 room, first flooring house on Sharet Avenue was bought for NIS 920,000. A 108 sq. meter, four-room, floor flooring backyard house with parking on Harav Ovadia Yosef Avenue was bought for NIS 2.15 million. All offers had been not too long ago reported on the Israel Tax Authority web site.
