The screening for Daayra was hosted on September 17, 2026, only a day earlier than its official theatrical launch. The Nationwide Award-winning filmmaker Meghna Gulzar, director of the movie, arrived in a contemporary salt-and-pepper look from head to toe. Her husband, Govind Sandhu, accompanied her in conventional gray put on.
Indian movie producer Jayantilal Gada and director Siddharth Roy Kapur had been in attendance.
