Tel Aviv: A 58 sq. meter, two-room, third flooring residence on Arlozorov Road with an elevator and parking was bought for NIS 2.53 million. A 114 sq. meter, four-room, fifth flooring residence on Frankel Road in Ramat Aviv was bought for NIS 5.8 million. A forty five sq. meter, two-room, third flooring residence on Ben Yehuda Road was bought for NIS 3.65 million.
Rehovot: A 104 sq. meter, four-room, eighth flooring residence with parking on Bar Kokhba Road was bought for NIS 2.2 million. A 67 sq. meter, three-room, fourth flooring residence with parking on Ezra Road within the metropolis middle was bought for NIS 1.55 million. A 62 sq. meter, three-room, fourth flooring residence on Eliezer Jacobson Road within the metropolis middle was bought for NIS 1.7 million. A 92 sq. meter, four-room home with a 279 sq. meter yard on Harei Adom Road in Rehovot Hahollandit was bought for NIS 4.23 million.
Haifa and the north
Beit Shean: A 59 sq. meter, three-room, third flooring residence on Yerushalayim Road was bought for NIS 680,000. A 66 sq. meter, three-room, second flooring residence on Harav Avraham Badosh Road was bought for NIS 700,000.
Afula: A 44 sq. meter, three-room, second flooring residence on Pashush Road in Givat Hamore was bought for NIS 695,000. A 105 sq. meter, four-room, fourth flooring residence on Holland Road within the metropolis middle was bought for NIS 1.24 million. A 155 sq. meter, five-room, third flooring residence on with parking on Hayahalom Road within the Izreel quarter was bought for NIS 1.95 million. A 64 sq. meter, three-room, second flooring residence on Yerushalayim Road was bought for NIS 850,000.
Beersheva and the south
Sderot: A 106 sq. meter, four-room home with a 100 sq. meter yard on a 225 sq. meter lot on Nachum Road within the Neot Haneviim neighborhood was bought for NIS 1.5 million (RE/MAX).
Yerucham: A 114 sq. meter, four-room, second flooring residence with parking on Naomi Shemer Road within the Neot Hadar neighborhood was bought for NIS 1.18 million. A 101 sq. meter, five-room, floor flooring residence on Rabbi Yehuda Halevi Road was bought for NIS 1.1 million.
