NLC India (NLCIL) and the Nationwide Aluminium Firm (NALCO) have entered right into a three way partnership settlement (JVA) to develop a 1.08GW coal-based captive thermal energy plant at Angul within the jap Indian state of Odisha.

The businesses signed the settlement in New Delhi, with officers from the Ministry of Coal and the Ministry of Mines in attendance.
