A federal choose on Tuesday dominated in favor of Meta because it fought a Federal Commerce Fee antitrust problem of its acquisitions of Instagram and WhatsApp.
In a prolonged ruling, U.S. District Decide James Boasberg wrote, “The Court docket in the end concludes that the company has not carried its burden: Meta holds no monopoly within the related market.”
