Trent Miner will begin in internet for the league-leading Colorado Avalanche towards the Maple Leafs on Monday with each Mackenzie Blackwood and Scott Wedgewood injured, head coach Jared Bednar informed reporters after morning skate.
Wedgewood is wholesome sufficient to again up Miner, Bednar added.
Miner, 24, has appeared in three Avalanche video games this season, recording a shutout to go together with a .945 save proportion and 1.39 goals-against common.
On the AHL degree, the Brandon, Man., native holds a .907 save proportion and a couple of.40 GAA.
Blackwood has been on injured reserve with an undisclosed ailment since Jan. 2.
All three goalies took the ice at morning skate.
