Israeli safety validation firm Pentera has introduced the acquisition of DevOcean, an AI-Remediation administration platform. Market sources estimate the acquisition value at $30 million.

“Safety groups are overwhelmed by an ocean of vulnerability findings, and wrestle to give attention to actual cyber publicity and remediate it in a well timed method,” stated Pentera CEO Amitai Ratzon. “With the addition of DevOcean, Pentera is main the convergence of validation and remediation – enabling clients to search out and repair points with a better diploma of automation whereas leveraging AI.”
