Israeli cloud backup firm Eon has introduced the completion of a $300 million Sequence D financing spherical led by Elad Gil of Gil Capital at an organization valuation of $4 billion. The spherical brings Eon’s complete funding to $500 million. Collaborating within the spherical have been returning traders Sequoia Capital, Lightspeed Enterprise Companions, Greenoaks, and BOND. “Globes” revealed final month that Eon was set to finish the financing spherical.

The cloud infrastructure firm was based in 2023 by CEO Ofir Ehrlich, president Gonen Stein and CTO Ron Kimchi.
