Instructions
In a meals processor, puree the tahini with the lemon juice, olive oil, scallions, garlic and 1/2 tsp of salt. With the machine operating, slowly add 2 tbsp of ice water till the tahini is easy and pale.
Add the chickpeas and combined herbs and puree till very easy, scraping down the perimeters as wanted. If you need a thinner consistency, steadily add extra water. Season with ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper (or to style)
Scrape the hummus right into a small serving bowl. Serve with lower greens and pita chips or complete wheat crackers.
