Jerusalem: A 79 sq. meter, four-room, third ground condominium on Asher Gulak Avenue in Neve Yaakov was bought for NIS 2.15 million. A 101 sq. meter, five-room, fourth ground condominium on Carlebach Avenue in Talpiot was bought for NIS 4.5 million. A 115 sq. meter, five-room, first ground condominium with two parking areas on Harav Shach Avenue in Ramat Shlomo was bought for Nis 3.25 million. A 74 sq. meter, three room, second ground condominium on Anusei Mashhad Avenue in Armon Hanatziv was bought for NIS 2.14 million.
Tel Aviv and central area
Tel Mond: A 154 sq. meter, six-room home on Sorek Avenue was bought for NIS 4.17 million. A 140 sq. meter, five-room, second ground condominium with parking on Hanota Avenue bought for NIS 3.75 million. A 130 sq. meter, four-room, first ground condominium with parking on Hanota Avenue bought for NIS 3.41 million.
Ganei Tikva: A 177 sq. meter, five-room, fifth ground condominium with two parking area on Haemek Avenue was bought for NIS 3.8 million. A 125 sq. meter, four-room, fourth ground condominium on Tabor Avenue was bought for NIS 2.63 million. A 135 sq. meter, four-room, ninth ground condominium with an elevator on Harama Avenue was bought for NIS 2.2 million.
Haifa and the north
Nesher: A 96 sq. meter, four-room, nineteenth ground condominium with parking on Duchafit Avenue in Ramot Yitzhak was bought for NIS 2.28 million. A 114 sq. meter, four-room fourth ground condominium on Hahatzav Avenue in Ramot Yitzhak was bought for NIS 1.53 million. A 100 sq. meter, four-room fifth ground condominium on Yasmin Avenue in Ramot Yitzhak was bought for NIS 1.3 million.
Kfar Vradim: A 210 sq. meter, 4.5-room home on a 630 sq. meter lot, which was broken up to now by a rocket was bought for NIS 2.55 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Beersheva and the south
Sderot: A 70 sq. meter, three-room, second ground condominium on Hatzav Avenue within the west of the town was bought for NIS 845,000. A 150 sq. meter, five-room, second ground condominium with parking on Sahlav Avenue in Neot Haneviim was bought for NIS 1.67 million. A 164 sq. meter, 5.5-room, first ground backyard condominium with a 48 sq. meter yard and parking on Allenby Avenue was bought for NIS 1.85 million.
