The Coal India board on Monday gave in-principle nod for divesting as much as 25 per cent of its fairness stake in subsidiary South Japanese Coalfields Ltd (SECL) via Supply for Sale (OFS), alongside a contemporary issuance of as much as 10 per cent fairness via preliminary public provide or different market routes.
