The preliminary report into final month’s Air India crash offers some perception into what triggered it.
It says that each gas management switches had been moved to the cut-off place – a step that normally turns off the engines – moments earlier than the airplane crashed.
However as consultants analyse the findings of the report, it offers little consolation to the households who misplaced their family members.
The BBC’s Samira Hussain met Shweta Parihar, whose husband died within the crash. “We trusted the airline. What’s the level of the investigation now?” she stated.
