Greek Hen & Orzo Skillet
Substances
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb (454g) boneless, skinless hen breasts, cubed
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt, divided
- 1/2 tsp black pepper, divided
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups (480g) unsalted hen inventory
- 1 cup (150g) whole-wheat orzo, raw
- 1/3 cup (28g) chopped sun-dried tomatoes (not in oil)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 6 oz. (170g) contemporary child spinach
- 1/3 cup (43g) crumbled feta cheese
- 1 lemon, minimize into wedges
Instructions
