Sony Music Leisure has acquired Nordic dance label One Seven Music and appointed its co-founder Janus Barnewitz as Managing Director of Sony Music Denmark.
The acquisition builds on a 14-year partnership between Sony Music and One Seven Music, in keeping with an announcement on Tuesday (March 24). Monetary phrases of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Barnewitz, whose appointment takes impact instantly, succeeds Henrik Daldorph, who’s leaving the corporate after serving 20 years main Sony Music Denmark.
