EXCLUSIVE: Saudi romantic comedy A Matter Of Life And Loss of life world premieres on the Crimson Sea Movie Competition this coming week, and Deadline can reveal the primary teaser.
Native stars Yaqoub Alfarhan (Scales, Norah) and Sarah Taibah (Mandoob) play an unlikely couple whose love blossoms towards the percentages within the Jeddah-set function, one of many quirkiest native romantic comedies to return out of Saudi Arabia because the lifting of its 35-year cinema ban in 2017.
Taibah performs Hayat, a superstitious younger lady who’s satisfied she is cursed, reverse Yaqoub as Youssef, a shy physician with a coronary heart situation that causes him to suppress his feelings.
