Alyssa Lynch is back on the blog today. You may remember her from her interview about her morning routine, or recognize her from TV shows like Supernatural and Travelers.
More recently the creator launched collaborations with brands like Clearstem and Kat The Label, adding entrepreneur to her resume a long with being a lifestyle influencer who provides her audience with gorgeous, valuable content.
With that, let’s find out exactly how she winds down.

HOT & COLD THERAPY
I start to relax with contrast therapy, although I may skip the cold plunge depending on where my cycle is at.
Nothing makes me feel better than a 20-minute sweat, red light therapy and a full body shower.
The sauna has helped my insomnia immensely.
DRY BRUSH
While in the sauna I dry brush, and always before my shower. TSC’s dry brush is the best quality and the handle is comfortable to use. I brush every area of my body to get the lymph system moving and improve my skin’s complexion.
SKINCARE
Then I put on my cute silk pajamas from my collaboration with Kat The Label.
I use the ice roller, which is heavenly post-sauna. Then I use Clearstem and Jan Marini products in my nighttime routine. I also use Rhode Glazing Milk and my Therabody or Higher Dose red light mask a few times a week. To finish off I use my eye patches to help with morning puffiness and smooth fine lines under my eyes.
It’s important to set the tone of your space so I always have my wooden air purifier going. I love the aesthetic of it, and it works great.
DINNER
I’m big on animal protein and always make a healthy dinner with it and some veggies. I mix up my meals depending on my cycle and what’s in season. If I need a sweet treat I have Hu chocolate or Gato dates.
I end the night with magnesium powder and some sleep supplements.
