Caesars Entertainment Celebrates Las Vegas PRIDE Weekend

Lisa Vanderpump Named Grand Marshal for the Las Vegas PRIDE Parade and Venus Pool + Lounge to Host Official PRIDE Afterparty in Celebration of the LGBTQ Community

LAS VEGAS (Oct. 7, 2019) –Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas Resorts are proud to once again be an official sponsor of Las Vegas PRIDE in support of the LGBTQ community. This year, Caesars Entertainment will participate in several events throughout the weekend including the PRIDE Parade and Festival, as well as host the official PRIDE Poolside Afterparty for the first time ever.

 

Television star, restaurateur and philanthropist, Lisa Vanderpump will serve as the grand marshal in this year’s PRIDE Parade at the Downtown Events Center on Friday, Oct. 11. As the face of Vanderpump Cocktail Garden inside Caesars Palace, Vanderpump will be at the helm of the all-new Caesars Entertainment float, which will showcase offerings guests can enjoy at all nine Caesars Entertainment resorts in Las Vegas.

 

Following the parade, Caesars Entertainment’s dedicated LGBTQ business impact group, EQUAL, will host a PRIDE Festival booth on Friday, Oct. 11 and Saturday, Oct. 12. The EQUAL booth will feature a prize wheel, photo opportunities and more. Guests who sign up for the new Caesars Rewards PRIDE card or present an existing PRIDE card at the booth will have a chance to win tickets to see Caesars Entertainment headliners like Madonna, Mariah Carey, Paula Abdul, Christina Aguilera and Gwen Stefani.

 

On Sunday, Oct. 13, Venus Pool + Lounge at the Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis at Caesars Palace will be open exclusively to host the Official PRIDE Poolside Afterparty. The event will include sparkly drink specials, go-go dancers, a live DJ, giveaways galore and more. The party will go from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is free for Las Vegas locals.
