October Newsletter

It seems like every time we turn on the news we hear more lies and missteps coming from Democrat leaders. Let’s recap a few:

Nevada Senator Rosen and Congresswoman Lee violate COVID mask mandates while attending a distasteful costume fundraising party on 9/11.
-It was then uncovered that Susie Lee failed to report stock trades to the tune of $3 Million.
-For the second month in a row, Nevada has the highest unemployment in the country.
Joe Biden completely failed in the Afghanistan withdraw costing 13 US service members lives.
-Joe Biden ordered a drone strike on ISIS-K which ended in 9 civilian deaths and called a “tragic mistake” by the Biden Admin.
-The crisis at the border continues and Biden’s new vaccine mandates only apply to American workers– not those who enter the country illegally.

Folks, we must fight to Take Nevada Back!

We are so excited to be celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15th- October 15th)!

We at the Nevada Republican Party want to take the time to double down on our commitment to fighting for conservative values – the same values that are resonating more and more with the great Hispanic community across our state and country!

We fight for the Right to Life, for family values, for a strong country with a strong economy, and for FREEDOM. And as we do so, more and more Hispanics and other Americans from all walks of life are continuing to jump on board and join us in the fight for a safer, stronger, more free, and more prosperous America.

We will always welcome the support of patriots who work hard to keep Nevada and America great – and our party will continue to be the better alternative to out-of-touch Democrats who believe in putting their own extreme views over the will of hard-working Americans.

Our party’s values align with Hispanic values – and a party that’s committed to putting America First will always resonate with patriots of all stripes!

We hope you will join us in the fight to Take Nevada Back.

A Note from Gregory Hafen – Assembly District 36

“The political unrest, economic turmoil, and overall health of our nation the last 18 months has taken a toll on us all. Despite these challenges, we must remain focused on our nation’s true enemies. Attempts to stir up political resentment amongst our citizenry have been clearly made by our two biggest international competitors. China and Russia have been stoking internal strife, not just between opposing parties but also between our own members.”

Famous Dave’s BBQ has been an extraordinary host for the Republican First Friday meetings in Reno as well as supporter of many other events with the GOP. Recently, NVGOP held a data training in their private room for folks in Washoe County. If you haven’t tried their BBQ you are truly missing out! We encourage everyone to support this business and if you find yourself hungry on the first Friday of each month, join the Republican First Friday event at Famous Dave’s BBQ in Reno!

Sagebrush Caucus

The Sagebrush Caucus is the Nevada Republican Party’s recurring donor program. This program is designed to help the Nevada Republican Party sustain a continuous operation to assist Republicans all across the state. All donations will go towards our efforts to combat the radical left wing here in Nevada benefiting our grassroots volunteer teams, data operations, and digital campaigning.

September 28th marked National Voter Registration Day and our teams were busy training and engaging volunteers across the state to be prepared for a big voter registration push! During our National Week of Training leading up to Voter Registration Day, our teams trained hundreds of patriots on how to conduct voter registration.

On National Voter Registration Day, our volunteers activated at gun stores, coffee shops, festivals, high schools, colleges and registered close to 100 Nevadans! Check out this story by Channel 8 highlighting our teams registering voters at UNLV.

Our community engagement and coalition efforts are also gaining steam. This past month we held a mixer with leaders in the Asian American community to discuss the values of our party. For the FIRST TIME EVER, we hosted a voter registration and volunteer training in Tagalog followed by a Kamayan dinner! Filipino-American conservatives are motivated to take Nevada back!

Help fund our field efforts! All contributions made to this email will make 500% the impact and add you to GOLD LEVEL DONOR.

Team NVGOP had a great time traveling the state for the 2021 Labor Day Circuit. We kicked it off visiting our friends in Elko for their annual Labor Day parade. We registered voters and enjoyed the 100th annual Sri-County Fair and Rodeo in Humboldt County.  It was a cowboy weekend as next we registered voters at the Fallon Junior Rodeo, and ended our tour in beautiful Virginia City for their annual parade. We saw so many friends, registered voters, collected petitions to say NO to vaccine mandates, and had a great time in person for this Labor Day circuit.

With all that’s going on in the world I think it’s safe to say that we the people are pissed off! Our Southern border is being infiltrated, our individual rights and freedoms are under attack, the President lies about vaccine mandates, our Nevada Representatives violate their own COVID mandates… the list goes on. Get your “We the people are pissed off” merchandise today! (It comes in men’s and women’s fit teeshirts, stickers, and koozies).

Raul Sabido

Thumbs up to our activist of the month, Raul Sabido! Raul runs a Filipino-American Conservative club in Las Vegas with the purpose of engaging his community and electing Republicans. He is a voter registration super star who is constantly finding new venues and events to conduct voter registration and speak directly to voters. In addition, he hosting numerous volunteer trainings each week. We are so excited to have Raul as part of our team to Take Nevada Back!
