LAS VEGAS (March 14, 2018) – Beer Yoga at Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is here to nama-stay, continuing on Sunday, April 15 at 2 p.m. Enjoy a fun afternoon with friends, while testing your concentration and balance. The hour-long session combines beer and yoga taught by certified yoga instructor, Kelsey Clark.

Classes are $20 each and come with one bottle of your choice of Hofbräu beer. Those who sign up in advance online are guaranteed a spot in the class. Guests may also purchase the class in person at Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas. Guests of all fitness levels are encouraged to attend. It is recommended that you bring your own yoga mat.

Then, after your down dogs, it’s time to get down with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dining options at Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas, including Vegan Schnitzel, Vegan Frankfurters, Cucumber Salad, Bavarian Salad Platter and Classic Caesar Salad.

And don’t be afraid to enjoy an additional bottle, pint or stein of beer after class. Drinking beer at Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is guilt-free because, like all German beers, their beer adheres to the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516. This means that for over 500 years, all beer from Germany is natural and you will not find any chemicals, preservatives, or fake process enhancers, such as artificial enzymes or yeast nutrients, or cheap sources of starch like rice and corn. So whether it’s blond, dark, light or bold, all beers at Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas are wholesome and delicious, and only feature barley, hops, yeast and water. Prost!

Kelsey Clark grew up in Washington state with a love for fitness and nutrition, and moved to Las Vegas in 2011. Kelsey first tried Bikram yoga after she sustained a running injury. After placing third in the USA Yoga Asana Nevada Regionals, she slowly started exploring different styles of yoga, including Ashtanga and other Vinyasa-style classes. In the spring of 2014 she completed Baptiste Level One teacher training in Sedona, which she called a transformative step to learning more about herself and her practice. After completing the TruFusion yoga teacher training in February 2016, she acquired a new perspective and started to evaluate what made her happy, and what she needed to let go of in her life. Once training commenced, she made a decision to leave her full-time job and pursue teaching yoga.
