HONG KONG’S MOTT 32 DEBUTS IN DECEMBER AT THE PALAZZO
Mott 32 will celebrate Hong Kong’s culture and culinary traditions with the debut of their first restaurant in the United States, opening on The Palazzo casino floor in December.
Mott 32 will bring their farm-to-table cooking style led by Group Executive Chef Man-Sing Lee – a two-Michelin star chef in his previous role – and Vegas-based Head Chef Alan Ji. The culinary team prides themselves by sourcing the finest ingredients to showcase the Cantonese, Szechuan, and Beijing cultures. Signature dishes include applewood roasted Peking Duck with Mott 32’s “Signature Cut,” barbecue pluma Iberico Pork glazed with yellow mountain honey, Iberico pork with soft quail egg and black truffle siu mai and crispy triple cooked wagyu beef short ribs.
Overseen by renowned interior designer Joyce Wang, Mott 32’s design dares to be different and will pay tribute to the history of Las Vegas by showcasing dining tables made out of vintage roulette wheels, a chandelier adorned with a feather boa, neon signs, and more. Wang, who oversaw the designs in Mott 32’s Hong Kong and Vancouver locations, won the “World Interior of the Year” award for Mott 32’s Hong Kong outlet.
AUTHENTIC ITALIAN, THE FACTORY KITCHEN OPENING SOON AT THE VENETIAN
The Factory Kitchen, an authentic Italian restaurant from Los Angeles, will makes its debut on the Las Vegas Strip at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas Dec. 28, 2018.
Created by longtime friends, Matteo Ferdinandi, CEO of FactoryPlaceHospitalityGroup and Chef Angelo Auriana, The Factory Kitchen is born from the partners Italian upbringing and traditional recipes they brought to America.
In the kitchen, Chef Auriana prepares dishes using fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. The approachable menu at The Factory Kitchen highlights the simplicity of traditional local recipes. These recipes have been passed down from generation to generation within Italian families.
Beverage Director and Sommelier Francine Diamond-Ferdinandi has created a wine list which reflects the essence of their distinctive regions. Though Italian wines will be prevalent at The Factory Kitchen, additional wines from neighboring Western European countries and beyond are served.
The bar program highlights artisanal cocktails, which focus on texture, subtle acidity and simplicity, while illuminating the main spirit. The bar is approachable and the high-energy atmosphere fosters laughter and friendships—new and old.
The Factory Kitchen Las Vegas will be open for lunch and dinner when it debuts December 28, 2018 in The Venetian.

Celebrate Christmas the Italian way at Buddy V’s Ristorante as they serve up atraditional Italian menu featuring roasted butternut squash soup, herb crusted prime rib, and a holiday yule log for dessert. Cost is $53 per person. Add a bottle of Prosecco for $20, and wine pairings for $30 per person.
Then just a few days later, ring in 2019 at Buddy V’s Ristorante with their special New Year’s Eve menu including lobster bisque soup, a slow braised beef short rib and baked Alaska for dessert. Add a bottle of Prosecco and wine parings at an additional cost.

Flavors from Peru will light up your taste buds on Dec. 24 at Once as they roll out their Christmas Eve menu Dec. 24. For $85, guest can indulge in a 4-course meal and the little ones can join in on the fun with a kid’s menu for $25, which includes a ginger bread house for added table fun! (Closed Christmas Day)
