LAS VEGAS (Nov. 13, 2019) – Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas Resorts will offer holiday-inspired menus and specials in celebration of Thanksgiving at more than 15 restaurants. Give thanks at the following participating restaurants:
Guests can enjoy a Thanksgiving feast at Bacchanal Buffet beginning Thursday, Nov. 28 through Sunday, Dec. 1. Holiday offerings will include herb-roasted turkey, cranberry-stuffed porchetta, duck risotto and foie gras, coffee-rubbed duck with cherry compote and more. On Thanksgiving Day, the buffet will be priced at $69.99 from 7:30 to 11 a.m. and $79.99 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. From Friday, Nov. 29 to Sunday, Dec.1, the buffet will be priced at $59.99 from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and $69.99 from 3 to 11 p.m.
Along with its impeccable Italian fare, Rao’s will serve a specialty prix-fixe menu this Thanksgiving, priced at $65 per person. For the first course, guests have the choice of pumpkin soup, grilled Caesar salad or chilled grilled artichoke; options for the second course include oven-roasted turkey, prime rib or seafood tortellini. Sides, served a la carte, will include traditional stuffing, cranberry sauce, candied yams and more, priced at $12 each. The menu also includes pumpkin cheesecake and warm apple pie for dessert, priced at $16 each.
Old Homestead Steakhouse
To celebrate Thanksgiving, Old Homestead Steakhouse will feature a specialty menu, priced at $69, on Thursday, Nov. 28. The menu includes kabocha squash soup or shaved brussels sprout salad for the appetizer; oven-roasted turkey with chestnut-sausage stuffing, cranberry, gravy and roasted vegetables for the entrée; sweet potato purée and haricot verts for the sides; and a pumpkin tart or pecan pie bar for dessert. The entrée may also be substituted for a duo of oven-roasted turkey with an 8 oz. filet mignon and all the trimmings for additional $29.
Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill
Mesa Grill will offer dishes with a Southwestern twist on Turkey Day this year. Specialty dishes for the holiday will include a jumbo lump crab cake, served with habanero tartar sauce, avocado crema and pickled chile slaw, priced at $24; horseradish and maple-
glazed turkey, served with orange-sage butter, creamed kale, sweet potato gratin, wild mushroom-chorizo cornbread stuffing, smoked chile gravy and cranberry-tangerine relish, priced at $44; a porterhouse pork chop, served with pomegranate glaze, an apple-mostarda pumpkin tamale and cranberry butter, priced at $42; and an apple tart, served with cinnamon ice cream and pecan streusel, priced at $12.
Bally’s Las Vegas
Along with being a great place to catch some Turkey Day football, Burger Brasserie will serve their take on classic Thanksgiving dishes. On the holiday, the restaurant will serve a baby kale salad with spiced candied walnuts, craisins, feta and maple vinaigrette, priced at $11; a roasted turkey dinner with apple fennel dressing, Yukon potato and turkey demi gravy, priced at $20; and pumpkin cheesecake and traditional apple pie for dessert, both priced at $8.
BLT Steak will offer a prix-fixe menu for the holiday with an appetizer and the guest’s choice of one entrée, side and dessert, priced at $75. For the appetizer, the restaurant will serve butternut squash soup; entrée selections include dry-aged prime rib, roasted turkey and Scottish salmon; options for the side include chestnut-golden raisin stuffing, Brussels sprouts and sweet potato puree; and guests may end their meal with their choice of either a pumpkin tart or cranberry spiced bread pudding.
Flamingo Las Vegas
Paradise Garden Buffet
Guests can enjoy a Thanksgiving meal with a relaxing view of nearby flamingos, birds and ducks at Paradise Garden Buffet. The restaurant will offer specialty holiday selections including honey-glazed ham, smoked Kielbasa sausage, roast turkey and herbed beef tri-tip from the Butcher Block; hot entrées such as buttermilk-fried turkey legs, pecan bread pudding, lobster butternut squash soup and sage butter stuffing; cold dishes including assorted sushi, scallops on the half shell and oyster shooters; and desserts including pastries and made-to-order crepes. On Thanksgiving Day, the buffet will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and priced at $28.99 per person.
In addition to the selections Flavors Buffet offers from around the world, the restaurant will serve specialty Thanksgiving dishes this turkey day. The limited-time items include roasted baby yams; cranberry, walnut and sweet potato wild rice pilaf; orange-glazed carrot; herb and butter roasted turkey; rack of lamb with herb & mustard crust; salmon oscar with lemon shallot sauce; cream cheese filled pumpkin rolls; apple pie; bananas foster; and more.
Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse
The newly renovated Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse features floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning Strip views to make any Thanksgiving meal memorable. For the holiday, the restaurant will offer a specialty menu that includes the guest’s choice of a starter, entrée, side dish and dessert as well as a glass of red or white wine, priced at $95 per person. The menu includes roasted butternut squash soup; sliced oven-roasted turkey breast with homemade gravy, Ruth’s sausage and herb stuffing and cranberry relish; sweet potato casserole; pumpkin cheesecake; and more.
Oyster Bar & Grill
In celebration of Thanksgiving, Oyster Bar & Grill will serve a traditional turkey plate and a selection of desserts. The traditional turkey plate, priced at $35, will include sliced turkey breast, turkey gravy, roasted brussels sprouts, roasted with bacon and onion, vanilla sweet potato puree, cranberry apple stuffing and fresh cornbread. Dessert offerings include pecan pie cobbler and pumpkin pie, priced at $8 each.
Fulton Street Food Hall
Guests looking for a quick Thanksgiving meal can head to Fulton Street Food Hall, the 24-hour chef-driven marketplace with various selections made fresh throughout the day. On Thanksgiving Day, Fulton Street will offer the roasted turkey sandwich, served on a French baguette with roasted turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and herb mayonnaise, priced at $16.
Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill
On Thanksgiving Day, Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill will offer a three-course dinner, priced at $30. The meal begins with butternut squash bisque, followed by Toby’s spiced-rubbed slow-roasted turkey dinner and ends with traditional pumpkin pie.

Le Village Buffet
Serving Thanksgiving brunch and dinner, Le Village Buffet features live-action stations and dishes cooked to order. Holiday offerings will include classics such as pumpkin creamed corn, andouille sausage stuffing, maple glazed sweet potatoes, green bean casserole; meat carved to order including glazed ham, prime rib and roasted turkey; and a selection of pies, cheesecakes and more for dessert. The Thanksgiving Day buffet will be priced at $38.99.
Gordon Ramsay Steak
Acclaimed chef Gordon Ramsay’s modern steakhouse, Gordon Ramsay Steak will offer a menu of specialty dishes this Thanksgiving. The menu includes roasted butternut squash, served with chicharron, caramelized apple and toasted pine nuts, priced at $19; roasted heritage turkey breast, made of confit dark meat with cranberry chutney, pancetta dressing and foie pan gravy, priced at $45; and pumpkin pie, served with citrus sable, Chantilly cream and salted caramel, priced at $17.
Le Cafe Ile St. Louis
Guests can enjoy a three-course Thanksgiving meal in the ambiance of a French café at Le Cafe Ile St. Louis. On Thanksgiving Day, the café will offer a holiday menu with French onion soup, roasted pumpkin soup or spinach and hazelnut salad for the first course; aged ribeye or turkey and stuffing for the second course; and pumpkin cheesecake or traditional apple pie for dessert. The three-course holiday menu is priced at $44.
Spice Market Buffet
Spice Market Buffet will serve a Thanksgiving menu beginning Wednesday, Nov. 27 through Saturday, Nov. 30, priced at $32.99 per person and $22.99 for children between 4 and 10 years old. The menu will feature hand-carved specialties and holiday fare such as herb-crusted prime rib, roasted turkey breast, cranberry and apple-stuffed pork loin, seared salmon with pomegranate glaze and sautéed chard, green bean casserole, traditional sausage stuffing, candied yams and more. The buffet will also serve selections with ties to Mexico and the Middle East as well as offer a salad bar and an array of desserts.
Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino
Guests looking for a Thanksgiving dinner with a stunning view of the Las Vegas Strip can head 50 floors up to VooDoo Steak for a special holiday prix-fixe menu on Thursday, Nov. 28 from 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. The meal will start with a choice of acorn squash soup with apple crisp or fig and beet salad. The main course features an airline breast of roasted turkey, dark meat, oyster and cornbread stuffing, haricot vert almandine, potatoes puree, red wine gravy and cranberry chutney. For dessert is a delicious pumpkin torte, made with buttery shortbread dough, pumpkin filling, cinnamon Chantilly crème and caramelized hazelnuts. The three-course holiday menu is priced at $75 per person and guests can add drink pairings to the meal for an additional $20.

Carnival World Buffet will serve a Thanksgiving menu beginning Thursday, Nov. 28 through Sunday, Dec. 1, priced at $39.99 per person. The menu will feature hand-carved specialties and holiday favorites including herb roasted turkey, cornbread and sage stuffing, creamy butternut squash soup, maple candied yams, sautéed asparagus, garlic green beans & crispy bacon, boursin mashed potatoes and more. The buffet will also serve additional selections from around the world as well as offer a salad bar and an assortment of tasty desserts.
All American Bar & Grille
Guests can enjoy a specialty Thanksgiving three-course meal at All American Bar & Grille. The holiday menu includes a house salad, roasted turkey with vegetables, stuffing, giblet gravy, boursin mashed potatoes and cranberry relish. For dessert is the guest’s choice of pumpkin or apple pie. The three-course holiday menu is priced at $32.99.
Hash House A Go Go
With farm fresh ingredients and a delicious twist on traditional recipes, Hash House A Go Go will offer specialty menu items this Thanksgiving. In addition to the everyday offerings, Thanksgiving dishes will include a turkey benedict, made with carved turkey breast, griddled mashed potato, stuffing turkey gravy and scrambled eggs, priced at $19.99, and a pumpkin pancake, topped with cinnamon whipped cream and priced at $12.99.
