New Dishes from Flavortown
This month, Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar at The LINQ Hotel & Casino dropped a line-up of mouth-watering new menu items that will have your taste buds feeling like they took a trip to Flavortown. New dishes include Lobster Lollipops- lobster stuffed hushpuppy pops with Old Bay-smothered cheese fries with roasted garlic and lemon aioli, The Pork Emporium- house-smoked St. Louis ribs, pulled pork, andouille sausage, maple bacon, mac n cheese, slaw, Texas toast and pickles, Nor Cal Cioppino- split king crab leg, seared sea bass, shrimp, mussels, clams, white wine and tomato cioppino sauce, Volcano Chicken- all natural roasted chicken breasts, “dirty” fried rice, charred asparagus and Guy’s signature sweet & spicy volcano sauce, Lobster Tacos- Fresh chunks of tequila-lime marinated lobster tail, mango-radish slaw, salsa verde, pink chili mayo and “dirty” fried rice, and the Old School Steak Sandwich- sliced NY strip steak, caramelized onions and peppers, crispy onion straws, parmesan and a liberal slathering of A1 Donkey sauce.

Cheers to Heart Health
February is American Heart Month, and Caesars Palace wants guests to drink up for a good cause with The Life Line cocktail made with Roca Patron Anejo, Martelletti Vermouth Classico and Aperol. Guests can enjoy this libation at Caesars Palace’s lounges and bars including Alto Bar, Montecristo Cigar Bar, Lobby Bar, Vista Cocktail Lounge and Cocktail Lounge. A portion of proceeds will benefit the American Heart Association.
New Classics at Rao’s
Since opening 10 years ago in Caesars Palace, Rao’s Las Vegas has proudly served simple, authentic and unforgettable Southern Neapolitan Italian cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. With a menu full of classics, it’s hard to stray away from your favorites, but Chef de Cuisine Fatimah Madyun has recently added several new dishes to the menu that will quickly become new classics. Additions include Cannellini bean hummus, roasted red peppers and buffalo mozzarella, fried green tomato caprese, Maine lobster frutti di mare, sausage and cabbage fusilli, crab carbonara, linguini carbonara, sundried tomato chicken penne and lobster potato croquettes.
